Tracy Johnson

Tracy joined the training team in October 2015 to facilitate and develop training for support workers, and advanced to the role of Training Manager in 2022. She has extensive experience in learning and development of workforces , and holds a M.Ed. in educational leadership.

Tracy manages the training team , and designs and delivers a full training offer to the JSP workforce and external agencies, to ensure that staff are trained to organisational, commission standards, CQC frameworks, and other legislative requirements. This includes core and mandatory training, specialist and bespoke training.

Tracy is passionate about learning, and promotes a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing in the organisation.

She is a member of the Association of Healthcare Trainers and The Society for Education and Training ( Advanced Teacher Status)
