Our training team offers a wide range of mandatory and client-specific training to our in-house staff as well as to our clients’ Support Workers and external delegates. Our courses are available over live interactive webinars or bespoke face-to-face sessions.
Core and Mandatory Training
Our Support Worker programme covers all the core and mandatory training titles as defined by Skills for Care. It’s never just a ‘tick in the box’. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the client by instilling the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviours required for the support worker to deliver high quality, safe and effective person-centred care.
Brain Injury Training
We offer a brain injury training pathway for support workers and professionals as well as a variety of other brain injury related courses. We offer regular open courses throughout the year. These can be developed to meet the bespoke needs of a learner group.
