Should you need to make a complaint...

We hope you will always be more than happy with the service you received from us. but there may be a time when you feel we didn’t do well enough. JSP takes any complaints seriously as we seek to maintain our standard of high quality care. If you are not happy with our service in any way please contact us in the first instance and we will do our utmost to put things right. you can contact our Clinical Director personally

In the unlikely event we cannot resolve your complaint or you are not happy with how we have managed your complaint you can escalate the complaint to the Care Quality Commision.
