Quality and Governance
At JSP we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we offer with a client centred approach respecting the individuality of each case and each person. Regular personal client reviews help ensure that we continue to provide a top class service to all who use our services
We regulate ourselves against the industry's highest standards for maintaining the quality of our service and are CQC regulated.
All our Case Managers are members of BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers) and our qualified Occupational Therapists all have HCPC registration.
